WP-70 Non-Skid Epoxy Coating- Trowel on, 2 part epoxy system for extreme, durable, long lasting solution.
- For industries, such as breweries, canneries, or off-shore drilling platforms.
- Extra thick consistency requires trowel and squeegee application.
- Packed 1 gallon kit per case.
- 25 - 30 square feet coverage per gallon.
- No flash or volatile solvents, low voc.
- 18 - 24 hour cure time.
- 30 - 60 minute pot life once mixed.
- Squeegee and mixing blade not included.

Brush Hog Plus Mats- 21 ounce per square yard of extra coarse solution dyed nylon fibers create outstanding scraping action.
- Solution dyed yarn will not fade in sunlight.
- Gripper backing helps to control mat movement especially on carpeted surfaces.
- Passes Flammability Standard DOC-FF-1-70.
- Designed for outdoor use.
- Dries quickly.
- Face nubs are reinforced with rubber to resist crushing, maintaining high performance and extending product life.
- Nub surface: Removes and traps dirt and moisture and holds it on mat below shoe level so it is not tracked in.

Vinyl Backed Cocoa Matting- Here is the first shoe and boot cleaning fiber known to man.
- 3/16" thick vinyl backing completely protects floors with no leak-through as with woven brush mats.
- These mats are easily cleaned by shaking, vacuuming or rinsing.
- Available in rolls and are ideal for vestibules and recessed applications.
- Maximum size available is 78 3/4" wide x 41' long.

Acrylic Desk Chair Mats- Crystal clear mats that let the beauty of your fine carpeting or flooring be seen, but protected from dirt and marring.
- These mats are constructed of an acrylic sheet with smooth rounded edges.
- Available in 1/4" or 3/8" thickness.
- Custom cut to your specifications.
- Mats can not be shipped UPS.
- Acrylic mats carry no warranty.

Mat Recess Frame- Made of extruded 6063 aluminum alloy and are fabricated to exact dimensions to insure fit to the mat.
- Frames are supplied with mitered corners and shipped unassembled with all necessary anchor keys and corner pins.
- Frames must be assembled at the job site and installed so that upper edge is level with finished floor surface.
- The frame should be anchored into cement with anchor keys a minimum of 24" on centers.
- Corner pins should be installed at all corners of frame.
- For use on mats of 3/8" - 5/8" thickness
- "Dimensions" are inside frame dimensions.

Renovation Stair Treads- Our renovation treads are manufactured of high quality, heavy duty extruded aluminum with our exclusive safety traction surface.
- 9" or 11" depth covers most applcations.
- 9/32" thick with 1 1/8" nose.
- 9" treads available up to 144' in one section and 11" treads available up to 96' in one section.
- Treads install easily over existing worn stairways of concrete, wood, steel or terrazzo.
- Available with optional sightline or glow in the dark front edge at an additional cost.
- Holes are drilled and countersunk unless otherwise specified.

Medium Duty Vinyl Stair Treads- Medium duty stair tread.
- This tread was designed for use in apartment projects and light commercial applications.
- Lower initial cost, ease of installation, ease of cleaning and long service appeals to apartment owners and builders.
- Extra thick at the front, Meets Fed. Spec. RR-T-650E Type B.
- 3/16" thick, 12" deep, 1 1/4" square or curved nose.
- Contains no asbestos fiber, made of first quality homogeneous vinyl, color throughout.
- Specify either square or curved nose.

Disc-O Tread Rubber Stair Treads- New design Adjusta-Nose tread easily adjust to steps with angle between 90o and 60o.
- Ideal for public buildings where fire safety is a prime concern.
- For use in commercial, industrial or institutional buildings.
- Circular disc, 3/4" diameter, are easy to clean and affords for safer pedestrian traffic.
- Meets Fed. Spec. RR-T-650E.
- Flame spread rating of 25 or less using ASTM-E-84 test.
- Full 1/4" thickness at the nose, 12 1/2" depth and a 1 7/8" deep inside nose, smooth rear border is 3" deep.
- Contains no asbestos fiber and the color extends throughout the thickness of the tread.
- Available in standard solid color from Color Series III only.
- Treads are optionally available with either two 3/4" safety strips, one 2" safety strip, or one 2" photoluminescent strip.

Recessed Grates and Mats
Mats, Inc. offers custom-sized floor mats & grates to fit specifically into existing recessed areas usually located in the foyer of an office building or professional medical facility. On occasion, recessed mats are installed at exterior entrances.

Interior Mats & Runners
These mats are plain mats (no logos), typically used inside the main entrance of office buildings to keep tracked in dirt & moisture to a minimum. These mats are also used in covered parking garages & in front of elevators.They come in many sizes, colors & designs. Some are specifically designed to stay in place on top of carpet.

Oversized Mats
Often, office buildings require large, oversized floor mats. Mats, Inc. can provide maximum sizes up to 12’ wide & 60’ in length. If desired these foyer mats can be personalized with the property’s logo or address. Please call us for more information on these mats.
Exterior Mats, Runners & Coating
These mats are typically located in the exterior areas of your property. Exterior mats are usually made of rubber or some type of plastic scraper material, designed to drain and dry quickly. In addition, we can supply a non-slip / non-skid coating (WP70) to paint on slippery concrete areas & in parking garages. Mats, Inc. also stocks self-adhesive anti-slip tapes.

Carpet Tiles
Carpet Tiles are often used in the foyers of office, medical & retail buildings. Mats, Inc. has carpet tiles in a variety of designs & colors. An advantage to using carpet tiles is that individual carpet tiles can be changed out if one or two become soiled or damaged.
